Code of Conduct

We believe in the merits of non-conformity, anti-authoritarianism, anti-corporatism, a do-it-yourself ethic, anti-consumerist, anti-corporate greed, direct action, and not "selling out"

  • Respect others: Listen to what other people have to say, affirm ideas that you think are important, serve the greater good, be kind to each other, and be thankful.

  • Be professional: Professionalism involves being reliable, setting your own high standards, and showing that you care about every aspect of your involvement with the DAO. It's about being industrious and organized, and holding yourself accountable for your thoughts, words, and actions.

  • Be open: We're all in this together, we all have different skill sets, and we all have unique perspectives. Try to remain open to divergent ideas and don't make destructive friction.

  • Act with honor: This means acting with integrity, decency, trustworthiness, and honesty. Your public behavior and speech should reflect your values.

  • Free Speech: Every member has the right (and the responsibiity) to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, by any means, as long as it doesn't inhibit the freedoms of others.
